CCS Executive Director
Work with Executive Director to plan the delivery of overall program/activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Ensure the program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization.
Maintain liability waivers and staff/volunteer hour records.
Monitor the program activities on a regular basis and conduct evaluations.
Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio economic status, age, physical abilities, and religious beliefs.
Must be able to communicate clearly.
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
Waterfront Operations Manager
Work with the Executive Director to plan the delivery of the overall program/activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Ensure the program activities operate with policies and procedures of the organization.
Support the sailing center and facility while monitoring safety.
Handle daily boat maintenance and keep fleets of sailboats and safety boats in a state of readiness.
Enforce CCS rules and provide a friendly, and above all, safe environment.
Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio economic status, age, physical abilities, and religious beliefs.
