Charleston Community Sailing has teamed up with the future of keelboat racing’s RS 21 to share an exciting opportunity during Charleston Race Week.  Grab 2-3 of your sailing friends for a once in a lifetime experience to charter a screamin’ fast ride during Charleston Race Week 2022. Enter NOW for a chance to win for only $100/per ticket! Maximum 500 tickets to be sold. Minimum 40 tickets must be sold to conduct the raffle.* Winner will be selected on April 17. 

Details:

• RS 21 Charter for CRW 2022
• Boat Transportation to & from Charleston by RS Sailing
• Boat launched in the water and picked up at James Island Yacht Club
• Dockage during the event at Charleston Harbor Marina
• Electric Engine
• Optional Spinlock Inflatable lifejackets
• Removal of the boat from the water at the end of the event
• Includes Entry Fee for CRW 2022
• 3 or 4 sailors on the boat
• Ideal weight is around 700 lbs but 500 lbs recommended
• One sailor on the boat must be 21+ to provide insurance. (Parental release per RS21)
• Note class rules only allow 1 Group 3 professional sailor
• Damage deposit required
• Includes insurance liability coverage of damage to boats or bodily injury within the immediate vicinity of the charter vessel. However, it is recommended to have your own insurance liability coverage which may be through homeowners or Gowrie Program insurance.

• April 28 – Practice Day after 11AM
• April 29 – May 1, 2022 – Charleston Race Week
