Director of Operations

Joel grew up in Annapolis Maryland. His lifelong love for sailing, windsurfing, and power boating was sparked at a young age.  At the age of 14, Joel was invited to do a delivery with his Uncle from Bermuda to Charleston, and immediately fell in love with sailing. He really caught the bug when invited by a friend to join the high school sailing team and teach sailing in the summers. His experience teaching sailing in the summer led Joel to major in Elementary Education. He is excited to serve our community in providing water access to all.

Waterfront and Fundraising Coordinator

Natasha grew up in  New York City, but spent her summers in Long Island where her love for sailing truly took root. Starting at just 7 years old in an Opti, she progressed over the years racing all classes of boats on local and national teams. Natasha’s passion for sailing extends beyond the water; she’s also a dedicated coach, sharing her knowledge at yacht clubs along both the East and West Coasts. As a proud alumna of the College of Charleston Varsity Sailing Team, Natasha’s creative spirit, nurtured by her Arts Management degree, adds a unique flair to her skills. We’re thrilled to welcome Natasha to our team and community!
